Content Collab Brief · For Joshie & Bella

The Foodee Fan
collab 🍓

You already cool the kids’ food with a fan — now there’s one actually made for it.

❤️
1A note from Justine

Hi Herlina x

Thank you so much for jumping on this again — I’m so excited. I have a feeling this’ll be the easiest collab you’ve ever filmed, because it’s literally something you already do every day.

This brief is short and relaxed on purpose. No script, nothing needs to be polished. Just film the real moment the way you naturally would, and send me the raw clips — I’ll handle all the editing. Even one good video before you fly out would be perfect.

2Why you’re perfect for this

You already do the thing

You’ve been using a desk fan to cool the kids’ meals for ages — and your audience loved it. They told you they thought it was a brilliant idea and had never thought of it before.

That’s exactly why this works. We’re not teaching a new behaviour or selling a gimmick. You genuinely live this, your followers already trust you on it, and the Foodee Fan just makes the habit easier, smaller, portable and properly made for mealtimes.

⭐ A moment I’d love to capture

Why this is so perfect for Bella

One thing I loved when we chatted was hearing that Bella already knows when food is too hot and will go and get the fan herself.

That’s exactly the kind of real-life moment I’d love to capture — not because she’s using it independently, but because she already understands the routine. It shows how naturally the Foodee Fan fits into family life.

This is the kind of real-life moment that says more than any product feature. If it happens naturally while you’re filming, I’d absolutely love to capture it.

Totally fine if Bella naturally goes looking for it — I’d just love the actual cooling to be shown as something you do together.

3The main content angle

The hack worked. This makes it practical.

This one line is the whole brief

“We’ve always used a desk fan to cool the kids’ food — but now there’s one actually made for it.

The desk fan is the “before.” The Foodee Fan is the upgrade: small enough for your hand, portable, rechargeable, with an adjustable angle that points right at the bowl. Same habit you already have — just made for mealtimes and easy to take anywhere.

The before

A random desk fan

Big, plugged into the wall, not really meant for food, can’t leave the house with it.

The upgrade

The Foodee Fan

~13cm, rechargeable, hands-free or handheld, adjustable angle, comes everywhere with you.

4Why this over any other fan?

A normal fan proves it works. This makes it practical.

The real reason to choose it

You can absolutely cool food with any fan — that’s the whole point, you already have. But a desk fan is big, plugged into the wall, stuck at home and not really made for mealtimes.

The Foodee Fan is the version that actually fits your life as a parent. It’s tiny, rechargeable, easy to move around, sits hands-free on the table, and the adjustable angle points the airflow exactly where you need it — straight at the bowl. A regular fan works at home, but this is the one you’d actually take with you: it fits in a nappy bag or even a handbag, so it comes to cafés, restaurants or overseas.

So it’s not “we never used a fan before.” It’s “we always used a fan — but now we use one that actually makes sense for kids’ meals.”

6Hero video · the main ask

“Now there’s one made for it”

This is the one I’d love most. A normal mealtime at home, told the honest way: you already do this, and here’s the proper portable version. If you can catch Bella going to get the fan herself, that’s the magic shot. Vertical (9:16), good natural light, raw is perfect.

Priority

The home mealtime

Story in one breath

Hot food lands → Bella knows it’s too hot → the fan comes out → you cool it together → first calm, cool spoonful.

Shot list

  • Hot meal going down in front of the kids (a little steam if you catch it)
  • Bella recognising it’s too hot / reaching for the fan — the gold moment
  • You and Bella cooling the food together — the shared, supervised moment
  • Close-up tilting the adjustable angle down onto the bowl
  • Optional: the old desk fan in shot for the “before vs now” contrast
  • The pay-off: happy, cooled first bite
7Optional café / travel video

The “comes everywhere” one

Totally optional and only if you have time — a lovely bonus for me, no pressure at all. Since you’re heading overseas, this could be content none of the other creators can capture. It shows the thing a desk fan can never do: it comes with you.

+
Bonus

At a café, restaurant or overseas

Story in one breath

Out for a meal → food’s too hot for the kids → pull the tiny fan out of your bag → set it up hands-free on the table → sorted.

Shot list

  • Pulling it out of your bag — show how small it is (smaller than your hand!)
  • Standing it hands-free on the table, angled at the bowl
  • The fan doing its thing while you get everyone else organised
  • One honest line on why it’s become your out-and-about go-to
8How to film it

You don’t need to edit a thing

No polished voiceover needed — raw clips are perfect and I’ll build the video. Here’s what helps most.

1. A few talking-to-camera lines

Just casual, like you’re telling a friend. Even 2–3 short clips is plenty.

2. Raw mealtime footage

Hot food, fan coming out, Bella recognising the routine, the fan angled at the bowl, first bite.

3. Optional voice notes

If talking to camera feels too hard, just send me a few voice-memo style lines and I’ll use them as voiceover.

  • We’ve always used a desk fan to cool the kids’ food.
  • People are always surprised when they see me do this.
  • Bella already knows when food’s too hot and goes looking for the fan.
  • The desk fan worked, but this just makes way more sense for mealtimes.
  • The best part is I can actually take it out with me — it fits in my nappy bag or even my handbag.
9Easiest way to film this

Just these 5 clips

Don’t overthink it. If you only film these five, I can build the whole video.

Bonus clips if you have time: fan in your hand for size · fan coming out of your bag · old desk fan next to the Foodee Fan · a café / travel clip.
10Hook options

Opening lines (pick or remix)

All in your own voice — these are just starting points. The first one came straight from your own audience, so it’s proven.

★ Proven — use this first “People are always surprised when they see me cooling the kids’ food with a fan, but then they all say the same thing — why didn’t I think of that?”
“We’ve always used a desk fan to cool the kids’ food… but now there’s one actually made for it.”
“POV: you’ve been using a big desk fan to cool toddler food and someone finally made a tiny one for it.”
“The thing I already do every day — just upgraded.”
“The best part? I can finally take my food-cooling fan on holidays.”
“Turns out the thing I’ve always done at home is even more useful when we’re travelling.”
11Talking points

Things worth mentioning

Sprinkle in whatever feels natural — no need to hit them all.

12Quick shot checklist

If you grab nothing else

  • Bella recognising the food’s too hot / going for the fan
  • You and Bella cooling the food together
  • A clear close-up of the adjustable angle on the bowl
  • The size in your hand
  • The happy first cool bite
13Safety notes

The important bit

⚠️

Keep it safe & on-brand

  • Always show it as a shared, parent-supervised moment — an adult and child together, never the child using it alone.
  • Please don’t call it a toy — it’s a parent-assist mealtime tool.
  • No “cools food in X seconds” or speed promises — we make no time-based claims.
14Do / don’t

The vibe

✓ Please do

  • Lead with Bella already knowing the routine
  • Frame the desk fan as the “before” and the Foodee Fan as the proper version
  • Show the adjustable angle and how small & portable it is
  • Keep it real: normal mealtime, real food, your real kitchen or a café
  • Speak mum-to-mum, casual and off-the-cuff

✕ Let’s skip

  • × Any tantrum / screaming-for-food angle — not your reality
  • × “Cools in X seconds” or any speed claim
  • × The child operating it alone
  • × Calling it a toy
  • × Over-scripting or anything that feels like an ad read

16From me

That’s it — truly easy

Honestly, just film the thing you already do with the new little fan and send me whatever you get. If you catch Bella going for the fan herself, that’s the dream. Even one clip before you leave is gold, and anything from the trip is a bonus, never an expectation. Any questions at all, just message me — thank you so much for doing this with me. 🍓
